Purchased $3024.00 worth of cabinets from the store in East Naples and was given a date by the salesman that they would be delivered within 10 days. The cabinets NEVER showed up! A week later they still had not shown up and no one called me or reached out for them to be delivered. I returned to the store and was told they were in THEIR warehouse. At that point I cancelled the order and was told that I would have to pay a 25% “restocking fee.” It has now been 7 days later and I still haven’t received any refund. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you avoid dealing with this company as the cabinets were NEVER in my possession and were still in THEIR WAREHOUSE. Without a doubt In my 73 years this has been the most underhanded and absolutely ridiculous and HORRIBLE experience to treat their customers with malice!

This has been the worst buying experience I've had in a long, long time. Worked with my local store and all they kept saying is how busy they are but they are happy to make us customers. They make you sign a Docusign agreement for some odd reason. They must have had too many customers back out on them when things go wrong. And they will.

We were told shipping would be around 2 weeks, which they did but sat in the warehouse for another 3 weeks. It took the company President to get these shipped to my house. Fast forward to my installers discovering the base cabinet is damaged, dirty and a reject. I called Customer Service and was told it would be 7-10 business days. My installer had to leave before the project is finished and I have to wait for a cabinet. There is nothing in stock even though these are a standard size and color.

I will have to pay extra now and Cabinets To Go will not reimburse me for there mistake. They should expedite my order because they caused this but I'm getting the run around. I had to argue with customer service to get this shipped to my house even though I paid for that. I emailed the President again and have not heard back. I'm sure he doesn't want to hear from me again.

Terrible cabinet. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.
