Initially I was very pleased with the customer service and the cabinets themselves. However, shortly after installation we had problems with the shelving in the lower cabinets collapsing. My husband would simply put them back up when they fell. But after it happening many times, I called to see if something could be done. I was mailed new pegs to replace myself. They didn’t fit. I called back and was mailed more pegs that still didn’t fit.
Finally I got someone to come out to the house only to tell me he didn’t have the right size drill bit to repair the shelves and that my hubby can do it.
My husband insisted they come fix the shelves as we paid good money and they never worked properly. That was over a month ago. They haven’t called, emailed or any attempt and fixing the problem or even just a courtesy call to let us know they intend to fix it.
I would check out other companies before using these guys. Not professional at all, and the shelves don’t stay up.
