The service used to be great but living in Wrightwood and using the trash service is not the same . One they moved my trash day without telling me . Second, I called for pick up of pine needs and was told that they would pick it up next week which was not the case . Then called back and was told only the first week of each month . So I had pine needles out side for 3 weeks and being a new month since they only picked up the 3 out of 4 have another laying out there for an additional month now . So much miscommunication and a lot of lack of . I used to appreciate the drivers but not anymore.

Worst Local Customer Service! My scheduled trash pick up day is Thursday. CR&R did not show to empty the dumpster. I called on Friday and I was told that it would get picked up no later than Saturday. Well that didn't happen! So I called back Monday and was told that it would be picked up that day. That didn't happen! I have called every day this week and was LIED to every day! Now I have to go to the dump and dump the overflow because they cant do there job or do what they say they will do! The local receptionist is rude and needs an attitude adjustment!

Service USED to be great, but now that we have dumpster service the trucks no longer show up on the day they’re scheduled to. I have to call every week now to see if my truck is going to show up or if it will be postponed to the next day. The excuse we always get is the truck is having mechanical issues. So clearly they need to stop raising the prices if they’re not going to use it for improving efficiency. Most (not all) of the times I’ve called I get someone with a bad attitude who seems inconvenienced that I’m asking people to provide the service we pay for. Wish it wasn’t a monopoly in this area, cuz I’d dump them in a heartbeat.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star if it were an option…. I will be calling the CA Dept of Waste and Recycling on them. Told me to leave my bags out side and that they would pick them up because they haven’t given me my bins after 3 weeks of asking for them. I left them out side now my entire street is filled with trash because they never came to pick up the trash…. Worst service I’ve ever received in my life

So I came from Vegas to remodel my home in phelan after my renter moved and they came to pick up the renters trash cans. As far as I knew they were empty but someone threw trash in one of them. When they picked up the can they just dumped it in front of my house. So this appears to be the mentality of cr&r. Why would you dump trash in front of someone's house I called and they said they didn't do it but whomever picked them up that morning did it and that was cr&r my question is why would they be so inconsiderate. Of course crows spread the trash everywhere. So thanks cr&r for showing you could care less about our community and littering our desert. P.s I have pictures.

My pick up date is on Friday. I set my trash out on Thursday night. It is now Tuesday night and they still haven't picked it up. And every time I call, they said they will send somebody out there to pick it up. My trash been sitting out there going on 5 days baking in the heat and it stinks so bad you can't get anywhere near it. And yet every day they tell me, we'll send somebody....but they don't! I have to put my trash in the trunk of my car and take it to work.
I would go with another trash company if I could.
