I've had the pleasure of working with Carlos and his team twice now, most recently for the installation of my Tesla EV charger. Both times, they delivered exceptional work. Carlos is always quick to respond and readily available to answer any questions I have, which I really appreciate. He and his team are honest, trustworthy, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He also has some of the best prices in town and I love the fact that he didn't overcharge me (as I got several other quotes, some being extremely higher). I've had no issues with my charger nor other electrical services that I hired them for. I'm so confident in their services that I refer them to all of my clients, friends, and neighbors. If you're looking for reliable and professional electricians, Carlos and his team are the best!

UPDATE: great work. Resolved my problems. Stuck to initial quote even though it took a little more work then they estimated. I got 2 new circuits installed and they fixed issues with the existing wiring in my laundry room. Very happy with their service. A pleasure to work with. I will call them in the future if I need any more electrical work.

Original: Very professional and friendly. Waiting on a quote after initial visit. Communication has been responsive. They arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment which is awesome! I feel I can trust them. I will update my review after all work is completed.

Carlos & his team were excellent. When I first reached out to Carlos he was very helpful & he took the time to explain to me how he could solve my electrical problem. Carlos set me up with an appointment right away. The workers who came out were fast, they answered all of my questions, & they did a great job. I would recommend C. Bates Electric to everyone. We had some additional electrical work to be done in our home, so of course I contacted Carlos again to get it completed. Richard and another gentleman from his team (sorry, I can't recall his name) arrived on time, ready to go. They took care of all of the tasks in a very professional, pleasant and efficient manner. I'm sure we'll have additional work that will need to be done in the future, and we will definitely reach out to Carlos again. Thank you both for a job well done! .

I am SO SO SO HAPPY with the service Carlos and his team provided. Like jump-up-and-down happy!! Like YAY happy!

I needed light fixtures replaced: The first in my stairwell (at its highest point) when I couldn't even change the light because of faulty housing. And the second in my garage where both lights' ballasts were just about shot. My garage door light was not working as well, and Carlos was up front in letting me know about the possible price and was honest in suggesting that I may want it replaced down the road. That was even before the visit which I really appreciated.

They were very knowledgeable, professional, helpful (the lights I bought from Home Depot came with no hardware and Carlos ran to get a replacement), as well as nice, engaging AND the place was SPOTLESS afterward. (No this does not happen very often).

I liked these guys so much that I have several other projects/repairs I'll be reaching out to Carlos for.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you, guys!!

Carlos and his team arrived on time - they were well-prepared, made some minor changes we wanted on the fly with no problem - they were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, worked cleanly, provided great suggestions, and finished installing 8 recessed lights in LR, 4 in primary bedroom, and 4 in primary bedroom’s 2 closets, all in one day!!! My neighbor was so impressed that we were so impressed, that they will be having Carlos and his team over to do the same work at her house. Carlos and his team have made us so happy - they are an absolute pleasure to work with!!
