As a general rule, I never trust mechanic shops or body shops. In 2014, that perception changed because of Byron’s Upholstery, Paint & Body. Right from the start, the confidence he gave that he and his crew could handle my vehicle gave me peace of mind. In less than 48 hrs, my car looked better than it did when I bought it!

Most recently, an encounter with a deer left my vehicle badly damaged. I didn’t hesitate or wonder who to call. I knew Byron would take care of me. He transported my vehicle from Pike Road to Troy and saved me so much trouble. He OVER-delivered on the results!

Attached are pictures of what $2000 will get you at Byron's Scam shop. After paying money up front I got this horrendous paint job and "leather" (That's what I paid for) that is actually vinyl. I currently have an outstanding judgement against Byron and his place of business for $2000 which he refuses to pay. Needless to say, you should avoid this place of business like the plague.

Byron's Paint and Body has repaired my vehicles for the past four years. They have always done a great job. The first vehicle they repaired was my 2011 Ford Escape. I backed into a tree - broke the tail light and did damage to the rear side of the vehicle. They fixed the vehicle quickly. I only had the rental vehicle (which was paid by my insurance) for two days. The work was excellent. You could not tell where I had ever hit anything. The most recent repair was to the windshield of my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander. A rock hit and shattered the glass. Byron's scheduled the windshield replacement on my lunch break and had the car ready for me to pick up within the hour. Great service. I highly recommend.

Don't go here if you want your car fixed on this year because my 2004 pontiac has been in their shop for over two in a half months! This is utterly ridiculous, if you can't work on it within that time frame why not at least let you know. I was never contacted on this matter either I would have to call and wait several minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Either way would not recommend, if I could I would give a zero star rating.
