I do not recommend them. I ordered a bath cabinet 28"x 18", after 4 weeks the cabinet was ready. It was wrong! They made one 30x21. They said they were going to do another one with the right measures. 10 days later they called me that it was ready. When I went to pick it up, I noticed it was the same cabinet, they had only cut it the back! but they stapled it, and was damage from the bottom. Horrible work ... At least they give me the deposit.

I would not recommend this company and it’s such a shame. I love to support family owned businesses but their customer service is just horrible. We had them make two custom vanities for us about a year and 1/2 ago and had service issues from start to finish - They promised to match a color swatch that wasn’t possible to match but it took them over 6 weeks to tell us that and at that point we were rushed to pick a color they had in-house which wasn’t anywhere near what we wanted. They were consistently non-responsive, never gave updates, and often gave varying responses that didn’t match up. A year later, I noticed some of the stain chipping along the edges of our cabinets so I’ve reached out several times… it’s been 6 months now and I have yet to get this resolved or get any sort of response from them other than “we’ll get back to you.” I didn’t leave a review initially when we received the cabinets because I figured they were going through growing pains and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but now, I can absolutely say I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The cabinets are nice but they aren’t what we were promised from the beginning and bad customer service is not worth dealing with when you’re paying a premium to have something custom made. I genuinely hope they do better in the future but they’ve lost my business for sure.

Back in July of 2022 my wife and I hired Buy Direct Cabinets to help us with our home remodel which consisted of demoing our existing flooring and old cabinets. It became obvious very quickly that they lacked experience. I would constantly have to stop my electrical work to re-do what they had done wrong. They made poor choices and very shoddy work. Their actual work days were ad hoc as they would show up whenever sometimes two or three days and became more infrequent once a week , once every two weeks and longer. Their work day when they did show they would arrive around 10am then work for an hour take their breaks then an hour later it was time for lunch return after an hour sometimes longer and then leave at 2:30pm when their day ended. They didn't even bother to clean up at they end of their day. We occupied the home at the time and we always had to put on our shoes as there were nails and staples everywhere but I always managed to get several nails through the soles of my shoes into my feet.

Each and every time they came on site they created new problems and always having to re-do their previous work or they wouldn't fix problems correctly which is where I came in to stop my work I needed to complete to fix their mistakes. Our expensive Quartzite they cracked two of our countertops which had to be completely ripped out. The countertop column cabinets they did were different widths and they had the rain glass on the doors one facing in the outer facing out. Multiple cabinets with glass had them going with the texture to smooth side reversed. We are on a raised floor and they had our cabinets attached to their bases by small screws which would have never supported the weight of a heavy quartzite counter tops. The other issues I had with this company is they wanted 50% of the job up front and the balance before the job was completed. I'm pretty sure in the state of California this is not legal so they must somehow get around these work progress payments.

Remodeling can get expensive but when it cost more to make it right it costs more in time and money. Their cabinets had issues as well nails punctured through cabinet interiors due to poor workmanship.

Please don't make the same mistake as I did by using this place of business.

We had a great experience having granite countertops installed. We installed our own cabinets and then came out to buy direct to see if they had a color of granite we liked. I went with their recommendation instead of what I originally had in mind and we love them. They are the perfect color for our cabinets. Will recommend to friends.
