I took my brand new wood splitter (no more than 3 hours' use) to Bux and Dennis looked it over and pointed out several weaknesses. He told me that he could fix the broken seam but i would likely be back again with other broken welds before long. I realized he was right. So from his shop I called the retailer who sold it to me and Dennis even got on the phone with them and told them they were selling a poorly built brand. So he never did any welding for me. But he was a huge help in my decision to return the splitter and exchange it for a different brand which seems to be a lot tougher!

We needed a couple of very heavy duty frames manufactured for our business, and while we had a template, the measurements were not perfect. Dennis took our "concept", fabricated, tweaked and improved upon the basic template, then modified it to fit the two slightly different dimensions and came up with what we consider a perfect application for our needs. Dennis not only went the extra mile, he did another mile to make sure what we received was both correct, what we needed, and that it would last decades. He did all of this with our basic concept to go by and manufactured what we wanted, when we didn't know what we wanted! Excellent effort, and the quality of work is over the top. Very satisfied with using his services. Quick turn around, clean and neat workmanship, and always an extra effort to make it perfect!
