It took me an hour and 15 minutes to pick up and pay for my Scanner today. The owner Richard is a nice guy but obviously very confused with short term memory loss. I ordered one earlier in the week with 300 channels and today when I came in too see if it had arrived, he couldn't remember speaking to me but had just received an order so he looked in the boxes an only had two scanners, both with 500 channels. And it went downhill from there...I had to go to an ATM to get cash because he couldn't run my card. He Def needs help!

Got here at 10AM and the door was locked,the owner looked right at me he could see that I was trying to open the door and then he turned his back to me and walked in the back somewhere, I waited about 10 minutes for him to unlock the door for me but he never came back.
