They don’t care your time. I check in 6:40 am for my appointment at 7 am now 2pm still on door. I have only 5 pallets in my truck. If you come here for delivery they wast your whole day.

I arrived at 721a for my 815a appt. You have to park and walk bills to guard booth. They will get your license info, phone number, and call you when a door is available. I received a call at 927a for a door. Darvin was super nice and professional. He came out to lock the gladhand right away. They began unloading me at 1115a. I guess it was a user error with relay pay system. However, it still took forever. Bills in hand at 146p.

Reading through the reviews it really seems like this place is a hit or miss when picking up or delivering a load. Considering that I got here 1 hour before my appointment, and here it is 2 hours after my appointment (3 hours total so far) I guess I got a miss. I'm still sitting in the staging area waiting to get a dock so I can then get unloaded.

We had an absolutely amazing experience! We came with my boss and our Chef as we are opening a new upscale steakhouse in martini bar in the St Petersburg area. The tour was comprehensive and informative. Daniel and Julian answered every single question we posed whether it be the cut of beef, the processing of that product etc. We finished off in the test kitchen we had a luscious sea bass, flavorful beef cuts, tender chops of pork and veal.. we could not be more impressed with the tour, and the subsequent ordering process customized to our needs.. thank you SO much, Buckhead Beef.. sincerely, the Blu Halo St.Pete Chef and leadership team

Stay Away!! Had an appointment then after 10 hours said moving your appointment to next day, one star for overnight parking on site and if you deliver you will need it because you will sit for days!!

Don't deliver here it is hit or miss they take what they want appointment doesn't mean anything been waiting over 34hrs.

Well according to Google Maps I was here January last year. Although I don't remember I guess when I get there Sunday I'll probably remember. But for now sounds like a great place to deliver by 99% of the reviews. Of course there's always a couple that have other concerns going on so they want to trash the place because they didn't get catered to the way that they wanted to just my opinion. When I arrive Sunday for a Monday morning delivery I will update my review to show exactly what happened with my delivery I'm expecting that it will be as great as the 99% of the other reviews thanks everybody for the information again I'm sure. At least I hope that is the case, meaning I was there last year like Google Maps says, cuz I'm sure I'll remember as soon as I pull in to the parking lot.

Update:
I arrived at about 0030 hours, and I actually delivered across the street several times.
Anyway when I arrived there was still about 5 or 6 parking spots left.
I checked in with the security guard for a 0600 hours appointment.
Received a phone call at 0540 hours to back into door number 8.
They started to unload my trailer at 0630 hrs. Shouldn't take too long, I only have 8 pallets.
Everyone was polite and courteous. My opinion this is a good stop. Would come back here anytime.

I showed up 26 hours early and planned on just using overnight parking until my appointment time. Within 10 minutes of being there, I had a dock door assignment. The guard was great! Sam from Eclipse was professional and one of the nicest people I've ever met. I can not rate my experience high enough!
