Lots of miss informing I was told I can visit my loved one on the weekend just to call Friday but I find out it she has to request it from her assigned officer through a tablet then it will need to be approved. Make sure when you loved one puts you in the tablet they ask for help and put everything correct of your personal info. If I get to see my mom or not by that officer. So please don’t forget to inform your loved you of this they need to request to see you over the weekend.

Also ur loved can only see you every two weeks and on Saturday ONLY MALES can visit. Then on Sunday female and male can visit. Make sure to go on your schedule time otherwise you will miss the visit they won’t let you in a minute late.

- try to make sure the info they put in is correct
-YOU call the BTC to see if the visit was approved (FRIDAY)
- ask the BTC worker what time is the visit and exact date and make sure to wear clothes that cover up like pants, t-shirt and closed toed shoes.
- come to visitation ON TIME with identification

My fiancé is picked up and brought to this facility.(that whole situation is already agrevating) She’s treated like she is a criminal. They purposely mess with them and make it difficult to turn in paperwork. For instance: visitors can only come 1:30-4pm on Sundays. They do shift change for 30min at 2pm and don’t let people come in during that time. She’s been given paperwork to sign and turn in, the lawyer can’t turn it in for her, and it has to be submitted outside the facility in the drop box that she has no access to. The case managers only come on Tuesday’s so if you get put in there on a weekend they will give you misinformation so you miss your opportunity to turn in documents until a week later. Then, they charge $0.09 per minute to call the place, they charge for commissary which is everything outside her basic meals, and make her wear a grey jumpsuit. They treat the family like we are criminals, won’t let us sit next to our loved one, only across from them when we visit them. Don’t expect any help from anyone there. They are useless human beings that profit off your unfortunate circumstances. I was told by multiple lawyers that it would be easier for a felon at another criminal institution to get a bond or released from this facility because the judges are 100% for deportation. Reassuring circumstances, nope. I pray this place gets put out of business. It’s not good to treat people like this when all they want is a better life than the place they came from.

This place is a joke! If I could rate it 0 stars i would! Treat people worse than animals, Everytime i try to call the facility no answer. and when you go in for visitation they have the WORST guards with such a horrible attitude. This place needs to be reported and SHUT DOWN! legal or not no human being should have to be treated in such an inhumane way!

Driver will need pull out pallets to the end of trailer with pallet jack, they provide pallet jack. No over night parking, delivery by appointments only. Very friendly and good people.

They take forever for any process prolonging the stay of your loved one. The customer service are unnecessarily rude. I can’t wait until the nightmare is over and I can be with my family members again.
