Seat broke within first few months. I had bought an extended 5 year warranty. Brondell tells me that it will be 4 weeks from the time I send the seat for repair and the time I receive it. back. I cant do without a bidet for one month. I offered to buy a new one to replace the broken one and they transfer the remaining warranty to the new serial number. I was told that is impossible. I assume if they send a replacement it will have a new serial number. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that was impossible. They just don't care about their customers and their product from my experience in unreliable.

This company's customer service is amazing. I bought the Lumawarm seat around 5 years ago. The plastic top mount seat holders broke. I was not happy with the design of top mount seat holders. I emailed the company the picture of the broken pieces and asked if it had a better design. The customer support rep decided to ship me the replacement parts for free. I will buy its products again once I get an electrician to install a new 3-pronged outlet to my other bathroom.

Initially we were concerned with purchasing this type of product from Amazon because of concerns for future service or repairs so we almost bought a higher priced Japanese model with similar functions from a local store. We decided to give online purchase a try. Our unit arrived within a week and the installation was fairly simple. The only issue was the dryer had a slight burning smell. Todd from Brondell's customer service was very helpful and efficient in sending us a replacement unit immediately. We have had our Brondell S1000-EW Swash for 6 months now and we are very happy with its quality and value.

Lousy customer service. Ordered a bidet. They said they shipped it, supposedly arrived on Friday. Except it didn't. Supposed to get a signature for arrival- they didn't. Put in the FedEx problem request and contacted Brondell. No response. Called on Monday. Transferred me. Said they would get back to me. Three days later - still no response. Dudes - go to the freaking Fed Ex website, put in your account number (or give it to me) and demand proof of delivery. Can't do it? Sent to the wrong place file a claim with Fex Ex, apologize and get me my product ASAP. Can't do that? Close the damn business.

Filling a fraud claim on my credit card with my bank.

Absolutely fantastic brand and customer service. I own the most basic of Brondell seats (the Ecoseat 101), which we love, as it is simple to use and easy to install. I purchased it some years ago. During our last apartment move, I accidentally lost the rubber ring from the T-valve. I wrote to Brondell about this and they graciously sent me a replacement FOR FREE! Absolutely top notch customer service experience, very happy 🙂

Horrible customer service, have called 8 times in a span of 2 weeks to get help with a faulty part. Got one call back after a week, the rep took my email to say they would begin an email conversation to complete the replacement. NEVER got an email that day, the next day or the next week!!! Spent another week calling leaving/ messages explaining that I never was emailed after that call and just getting Ghosted now, empty airwaves... Pretty low move from a company based in my own city. I honestly expected better from them. Would not recommend. Buy from a more respectable company.

Update to Below posting I placed on Brondell Facebook page. Customer service finally contacted me after 21 days. Yes, customer service follow up is Horrendous! I purchased a competitors brand already.
I have 5 of these in our home and they are fantastic! Unfortunately, I recently installed the 5th one to a seldom used bathroom however, the 27.5 inch braided metal bidet hose has a leak. I emailed customer service & my request (147516) was acknowledged on June 02. I followed up twice with ZERO response. Crickets when you need servicing. I am actually going to purchase a 6th one for our last bathroom and will buy it from competitor Omigo. Terrible response! Improve customer service!
