Absolutely LOVE what they have done. I got back my sleeper sofa and seat cushions, and they are beautifully done. Thank you Regina, Randy, Jeff, & Steve, and the crew. Wonderful, wonderful job! I wish I could give many more stars. Customer service - excellent. Workmanship looks exquisite. Very good experience with this company.

You re-upholstered my sofa and chair in 1980. It is still beautiful. The workmanship is excellent, and everything has held up well. Even though I've owned cats for many years!
I have moved the pieces at least 8 times, to multiple states, and the set is still looking good. Good quality fabric and workmanship will last a long time. Thank you, Brockington. Sorry it took 43 years to give you the 5 star review you deserve.

Brockinton are excellent. They reupholstered a camper sofa for me and it came back looking like new. Thoroughly recommend them.

They are not cheap but you get what you pay for are you are paying for a high quality, professional job. I was so pleased with their work that I had them do a second reupholstering job for me also.

Make sure you factor in some lead time for your job, they have a wait list because they are in such high demand, but they were very transparent with me on the likely timing and cost before I committed to using them.

Great people, great craftsmanship, great firm. They are a 45+ min drive from where I live but I will happily make the drive again to have them work on any other projects I have because I trust them to do a good job.

Best experience ever!!!! Gina was absolutely amazing to work with! She helped me chose the best color to reupholster a piece that belonged to my loving mother. Gina took the time to go over the fabric colors with me and she was extremely pleasant to work with. I will definitely be going back to have more pieces reupholstered that mean so much to me.

Excellent service! They recovered 40+ year old chairs and made them look brand new. Work was completed earlier than promised and communication was great. I definitely would use them again and recommend.

This is the third time I've used Brockington Upholstery to recover booth seats at Whole Hog Café of Conway. They came this morning at 6:00 a.m. from Sherwood to Conway to pick the seats up and returned them when we opened at 11:00 a.m. the same day! The work quality is also great. I recommend Brockington Upholstery and will use them again.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We dropped a chair and a love seat off in September, and they told us it would be ready by the end of December. December went by, they hadn't even started it. January, they hadn't started it, February, they hadn't started it. March, we called, they said they hadn't started it, and we finally told them not to do the work and that we will find somebody else. So, 7 months, they didn't even start it. Oh, and we paid a $350 deposit. We will see if we get that back.

They are ridiculously unprofessional. If you have no choice, and Brockington is the only upholsterer left in the world, just look on YouTube how to upholster chairs, you'll get them done faster.

I just received my complete redo of a MCM 1960s Flexsteel Thunderbird couch. The staff did a wonderful job of helping me select the right fabric and the team did an amazing job of bringing this classic sofa back to life. It is now a focal point in my living room. This is the third job I've had Brockington do for me and each time the attention to detail is spot on. Time to find the next piece to redo with these fine folks.
