BRISTOL FARMS is a luxurious grocery store selling an extensive selection of high quality consumables, alcoholic beverages, and sundries. Long isles display packaged goods; separate departments include prime meats, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables. The selection of alcoholic beverages is impressive. Their selection of vegan and gluten free foods is sizable.

As you would expect, the service is excellent. There are employees, throughout the store, who will accompany you when you're looking for an item. In a store this large and deeply stocked that's a major advantage.

STUFF: Prices are moderate to high. On Tuesdays, seniors receive a 10% discount off their entire order. Parking is free and easy. Everything's ADA compatible.

I grab food there at lunch they have a wonderful Deli and hot bar section. Their produce is the best, however you pay a hefty price for it. The employees there in every department are wonderful, helpful and pleasant.

Being a native of Calabasas, I enjoy coming to Bristol Farms with my children. The quality Is amongst The best locally, however, I always receive bad vibes and and unprofessional, unwilling to help attitude from an older gentleman Who is the supervisor at produce department. When items are missing or I need help finding a particular item not one time has he ever been courteous or extending a helping hand Rude and withdrawn as if I had offended him. On the flipside there is always been a lovely young man bald head with tattoos, who has been very helpful that man give him a pay raise! The meat department has been superb and their customer service I give an A+. I would give the Store five stars however don’t let your employees get you complacent and start running the show and treating customers with such poor regard

I visited Bristol Farms Woodland Hills for the first time last week, and I was very impressed by their selection and quality of products. They have a friendly and helpful staff, a clean and organized store, and a variety of specialty foods and beverages to choose from. I especially enjoyed their salad bar happy hour, where I got a delicious and fresh salad for a great price. They also have a hot food bar with different cuisines, a bakery with mouth-watering pastries, and a sushi department with authentic and tasty sushi. I also noticed that they have a wine, beer, and spirits section, as well as a coffee, juice, and smoothie bar. I will definitely come back to try more of their offerings and to buy some of their gourmet and organic groceries. Bristol Farms Woodland Hills is a gem in the neighborhood, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and satisfying shopping experience..

“Luxury grocery store” but the luxury here is only in the prices of the products, otherwise the assortment is exactly the same as in other grocery stores, and the cashiers work very slowly and none of the employees could help me when I was looking for a specific product, I am very disappointed in this place and I would rather go to Amazon Fresh than here.

Very expensive. Stuff that you can get for almost half the price down the street at CVS. I went there mainly for the Poke bar. I got the Spicy Ahi Tuna Poke bowl and got half a small tub for 10 dollars. Almost all the pieces were chewy. Basically pieces one would discard when making such dish. Won't be going back for anything.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had was buying a birthday cake from Bristol Farms on Mulholland Way in Woodland Hills last night. Based on their reputation, I thought I could trust them. First off, there was no real cream inside or outside. The only thing you could taste was a very sugary frosting. The flour seemed like corn flour, which was new to me because I’ve never tasted corn flour in a birthday cake before, and there was no information tag or label on it. Plus, there was no decoration at all. It’s shameful that a big brand like Bristol Farms would make something so trashy. It was a complete waste of money and time. They ruined my daughter’s birthday, and nobody could eat it. We ended up throwing it in the trash. On the other hand, the birthday cake from Ralphs was much better in quality and taste, and it had nice decorations. Do yourself and your health a favor and don't buy cakes from this store. Absolutely NOT recommended!
