Brisco’s Hardware has incorporated the “Disney Approach” to customer relations…which is to be on stage using creativity, preparation and determination to please the customer.
Countless times, they have volunteered to do the “out of the ordinary” thing for me, the customer such as making a replacement drawer for my antique spool cabinet or make a display rack to show my antique German pipe.Brisco’s staff never ceases to “wow” me…👍🏼❤️😁

Good prices, great customer service and the location is easy to get to. I highly recommend stopping by the next time you need to pick up building supplies of any type. I hadn't been here for years.
Great service & the wood selection, while a bit higher in price, was very good quality. And save me time being the 5 cities.
Bad quality wood makes me have to start over and That's serious $.
Beware when walking thru the store area!
You'll find all kinds of project pieces & ideas interesting, that were never on your To Do List to begin with.

Took a screen door there for repair. Screen came apart within 1 week and they would not warranty the work. I called Miners hardware in Nipomo just to discover they do screen doors for half the cost of Briscoe. Suggest you shop around.

The bedroom window glass broke in my duplex. It is single pane. I called Arroyo Grande Glass. They said they had no employee in that could help me, and even if they did, I wouldn't get done today. Referred me to Brisco's. I have been there many times, but didn't know they repaired window glass. I went there around 10 am and it was done by 12pm. Great service. Super nice. Very helpful. Glad I could get it back the same day. Especially since it has been raining. Glad this business is around with it's old time values and services. I hope they never go out of business. Lets help support these small businesses with great values, service, and helpfulness.
