I purchased a BM9 4 years ago in bronze, and wanted a shorter rail. I placed the order on Saturday, spoke with their customer service rep on Monday to confirm the color match, and it arrived on Wednesday (FL to SC), with normal shipping rates. It arrived and fit perfectly in both attachment and color.

THANK YOU Brigade Manufacturing for a great product AND great customer service.

Side Note: My BM9 has never given me any problems after thousands of rounds shooting initially as received, then both suppressed and with a binary trigger.

This is my 3rd Brigade firearm. I had them build the 1st two in Miami. They did a great job on my 9" 9mm and my 5.56 rifle. This time, I purchased their mil-spec receiver set & handguard off the Brigade website when it was on sale. I gathered the parts I've been accumulating, which was enough to assemble about 85% of the firearm. Aside from the receiver set, I only had to order about $200 in parts to complete the build. Just finished it today and have not taken a shot yet. But my expectations are high.

First Impressions...
Two things stand out like crazy.
1st - It is the TIGHTEST firearm I have ever touched. There is No Gap and Zero Wiggle between the upper & lower receivers.
2nd - It is perfectly balanced. Surprisingly balanced.

All controls and touch points are super comfortable and ergonomic. The action is slick. The mag release is my favorite so far. And the ICONIC trigger is the best.

High quality parts at a more then reasonable price. The billet upper & lowers are perfectly CNC’d from one piece to make a perfect fit. Don’t hesitate to buy any of there products. Don’t fall for their limited lifetime warranty. Contacted over two months ago for a replacement part that broke. Took them over a week to respond and tell my I need to pay for shipping for the part. I don’t mind paying for shipping but they never responded on how to pay! When I sent them a double email they told me don’t worry he shipped it out and I will get tracking from ups asap!

I never got tracking confirmation and am still yet to hear from them after 2 months and multiple emails. I’m very understanding that companies get busy and can be hard to reach but this is very unprofessional.

On a side note from day one my rifles build has been subpar with the barrel resting on the hand guard. 10/10 would never do business with them again

Would not recommend there Bm-9..I’ve had the guy for more than a year and can never seem to get through 1 mag without a LPS. I’ve upgraded the buffer weight to help with the bolt bounce since it is an enclosed BCG, but as of now I’m over it and getting rid of it.

No malfunctions. LRBHO only works with Gen 5 Glock mags, or equal. Not a deal breaker. Recoil is a bit snappy for a direct blowback compared with my Stribog SP9 A3 roller delayed blowback. Might put in the 3.5 lb. trigger. All in all it's a good buy. I didn't have any of the problems that some of the other reviewers talked about.

Love my Bm 9. My only complaint is the finish dings up easily. Put 600 rounds through it with zero jams. Nice range gun.
