Bridgestone hose power is a very professional business.! Jeffrey Tuggay Is the operations manager? He built four hoses for me in a matter of 10 minutes. And it was all professionally done and professional. and professionally handled with good quality customer service. Don't waste your time going to other hose companies. Stopped by yesterday to pick up some high pressure hose. Clearly the customers before me and I were inconveniencing the man working the counter. He was incredibly rude to them because they did not speak English. I speak English and had the specs for exactly what I needed on my phone. That man was the rudest most condescending person that I’ve dealt with in a very long time. It’s all good though. I went down the street to the Parker Store. They were able to get exactly what I needed with a great attitude and a smile. Next time I need hose for one of my projects, I won’t waste your time or mine by coming in.

Went today to pick up hydraulic fittings. Benjamin was the rudest guy I ever had to deal with. I have a account there and I chose to go down the street to Parker store and get the fittings I need then to deal with a attitude. Parker store had no problem coming around the counter and getting the fittings that I need

Most of the employees in this place act as if they hate their jobs and take it out on the customers but unfortunately by far the most useless employee in this place is the African guy. Don’t matter what day it is. He doesn’t open on time, treats customers with up most disrespect. Hides out in the back and when 3-4 customers waiting to be check out politely asked to be checked out he looses it to the point where several customers just drop their items and leave. Unfortunately this isn’t just one time it’s about 80% of the time in coming in. Fortunately other suppliers are catching on to this and starting to carry new products in store making having to come here not as much.

Great guys and prices. Needed 40ft and 1.5ft 1/2" air hose with standard pipe thread connectors. They made it on the spot for me and was cheaper than I could have ordered it from Amazon. Will certainly use these guys again.
