I just called in to ask if they would do some work for me that I have coming up and noticed that they only had 2 google reviews. I'd dealt with them in the past and they do great work. A solid group of people. I am about to see if they will do some additional work for me. I am very happy to have them available and I appreciate dealing with them.

I love my rollator, but when I first got it I had to bend down uncomfortably to use it even though I had it adjusted to the tallest setting. I saw that the metal rods had extra space on them so if I could just get two holes drilled in them then it would be the perfect height for me. But who does such things?

I went to Home Depot because I didn't know where else to go and they told me they do not do that and they suggested that I call local metal work companies. I found Brady Sheet Metal on Yelp and called them. The guy who answered the phone said that's not something that they normally do, but I think he heard the desperation in my voice and told me to stop by and he would see if he could help me. I immediately drove to the store and after he discussed the project with a couple other people, he said they would help me out! What a prayer answered!

I was able to pick up my rollator the next day and the holes that they added to the metal rods were at the perfect height for me. I have now been able to comfortably use my rollator for the past several years (yes, it's taken me almost 3 years to write this review, oops!) and I will be forever indebted to Brady Sheet Metal. Thank you so much!!!

They said that the job would be done in a week but instead it took three. The quality was also sub-par. Not only was the welding unclean the part was also welded crooked. Had to regrind and reweld at another shop.
