We have been working with Box Express for about 2 years now and are very slowly starting to feel like a valued customer, we have had 3 inside reps and now have a temporary rep Robert in the interim , he is very nice but has no authority to make decisions and usually needs to get back to us with any questions.
They seem to be expanding with new capabilities and further deliveries such as Santa Clarita with certain delivery days that do not have a premium delivery charge.
Sequoia has a lot of business that we would like to slowly transfer over to Box Express but for some reason either we are too small or have not made the right friends to be treated as a A-1 client , we hope this changes because we love the consistent pricing and fairly on time deliveries compared to many of our other corrugated vendors.
This is a positive review and it will very easily be changed in the future to 5 stars , we hope to grow with Box express and have many years of success with them !
