HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! purchased a $1800 Tankless water heater, dead out of the box, spoke with a technician, was told parts would be mailed out next day. Next day rolls around I didn't receive the parts, called back furious and upset since I was going on 3 days without hot water in the middle of winter... was told well there is nothing you can do about it, we will try to ship it out today... See attached photo of the cracked part that made my unit dead out of the box. I'm so furious with them, their service and response.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. How can you conceivably fail to stock a replacement motor anywhere within your "distribution network"? After being grossly overcharged for a proprietary motor that is apparently manufactured third party and agreeing to pay a premium for next day delivery, we are told that they would need 3 to 5 days for their manufacturer to respond. Beware and buy elsewhere
