A real great place to ride. The people who run the place are very nice. There are showers there takes 2 tokens 2 bucks for a 6 minute hot shower. There is camping there and tons of dry camping in the desert ? and a perfect place for the kids to ride.

Great time riding once again, this is usually our go to place for the red sticker off-season. A little hot as always but lots of different terrain for everyone. Pricing isn’t bad it’s $15 per person but it’s for the whole season, we bought ours yesterday (September) and it’s good until next July!

Warning to all campers.. this includes people with tents and people that camp in their car...not everyone can afford a motorhome or a 5 th wheel camper trailer..STAFF HAS NO INTEREST FOR THE WELL-BEING OF THE PEOPLE CAMPING HERE.. THIS IS THE DESERT AND THEY REFUSE TO LET YOU GET WATER IN A PORTABLE WATER CONTAINER.. FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION..OR WHATEVER YOU NEED IT FOR..Attention California City officials / Also park Supervisor name ..Miss In J . I DID CALL HER AND TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED..SHE JUST DID NOT GIVE A CHIT...Miss In J.. explain to me they were interested in their profits.. more then the people that need water for survival.. and yes this really came out of her mouth..I was recently at borax bill recreational Park and campground on a Sunday. The park host
.He said he was the Grounds Supervisor..we're not pleasant at all.. in fact the two young men that were there.. are running off paying customers. They refuse to let me get fresh drinking water in my water drum for my camper also I did tell the supervisor I bought a permit for water at Ace hardware..... I explained to them.. refusing to let me get water.. and that is a human rights violation and that is breaking the law.. after I told him that he threatened me with calling the police.. so I told him I will leave the campground. One thing they're not in any kind of uniform so you don't know who they are ? Also instead of bothering the campers they should be out picking up trash that's blowing around at the campsite. I pay a lot of money to travel ..to get to a destination like this it's a one-time deal.. . When you arrive to this park.. after hours of driving to get here the last thing you want is someone harassing you and telling you what you can and cannot do...bs... This makes the list of one of the worst recreational parks to visit with all the rules and bs. And they always have a handout for more money. And this place is not anything special. I have stayed at truck stops and they are more welcoming then this place. And there's also food to eat at a truck stop... there is nothing here for miles and good luck finding a decent meal around here.. the city officials need to rethink how they're treating their travelers that come California City.. I will be talking to the mayor about this and I've already contacted an attorney..this is not one of the best destinations to stay at.. if you don't believe me grab your family and your tent and go camp there for a night or two and see how you're treated. You will probably end up leaving a few hours after you arrived here just like I did.. this place is not worth your money. Warning to all campers.. this place is very unfriendly and they break the law and it's not worth the money you have to pay to camp here.

Great area to park with amazing trails all around. Nice bathrooms, including showers, if you need them, too. Park rangers stationed here, which is great peace of mind for security.

This is a neat park for motocross and atv riding. I just visited to take photography and when I visit not many people are there but it looks like a great place for engine sports. It also is a nice place for lunch they have tables with shade and a nice view.

It's very clean and there's various venders there to help prepare your ATV or add accessories in case you forgot them. Usually during peak days they'll have a bunch of food vendors there also

Clean, it was a nice area. We stayed there two days during the week and there was nobody else there. Plenty of places to ride our RZR's. Will definitely be back.
