Great staff Jeremy is awesome, and very helpful, and it's a beautiful beautiful Park.

The greatest thing about this park is it doesn't feel like a mobile home park feels like paradise..

Clint is always helpful he works hard, I don't believe he's expected to be here
7 days a week 24 hours a day I think that's and unrealistic fact but when he's here he's always working Sherry's very helpful as well I highly recommend this park and the people that work here.....

When I bought my mobile home at sp.41. The managers Olivia and Kevin was so nice. They really made me feel at home. Very helpful with any questions I ask. It's a lovely park. It snowed and this is new to me. They always check on me, and ask if IAM o.k. It is a great place to live. And I feel that, a great place means the managers are real good. So I would recommend this park to my friends and family. If you have wonderful managers, the park will be great.

I can't help but wonder who posted the previous comments, anyone living in this park for more two weeks knows Clint Staley does nothing for this park! In fact, until today, there has been no siting since 12/24/21 and yet Monolith continues to pay a salary to a man who does not show up for the job on a daily basis. This is the third incident since August of 2021, where the park was in crisis and he was no where to be found, shame on you Monolith for continuing to employ him. You have left your park manager and your paying residents stranded with no support, nicely done!

a good friend of mine has lived in this park for years and I have noticed the change in management. The new team is great and I believe there is new ownership. still the best park in Pollock Pines.

It's very well kept by a guy named Mike. Just changed from senior park to any age and fifth wheels and trailers nice and quiet close to anything you could need or want.i would give this place a rating of4
