Bobs furniture is a scam. While their furniture is average Cinese quality. Their whole game is delivery and assembly for $107. As well as warranty sales for another $70.00 . THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY REASON ! THAT IS NOT STATED ANYWHERE. EVEN ON INCOMPLETE ORDERS!. Don't buy from Bob's. You will regret it. I know that I do.

Whatever you do, don’t shop BOB’s!! most horrifying experience ever. I got white gloves service. I took the day off just to be ready for them. Still missed the delivery!!! On the contract It says that they will physically call me (not text) 30 minutes before they arrive to my house it says that they will text 2 hours prior. I got no call at all! I had just called Customer Service and asked for ETA. The lady told me that they wouldn’t be there till 12 to 130 that was almost 2 hours away so I stepped out. I told her are you sure she said yes, sir I’m looking at my screen and tells me they were two hours away she also said anyways, they will call you when they are on their way! So I stepped out to get water. They arrive 15 minutes later and tell me they’re outside do I live upstairs? I said yes and I heard the girls say all man! I said can you wait 10 minutes and she told me NO she has other things to do. I don’t understand if I was getting the white glove service I had ordered 4 things for them to assemble how do they have something else they have somewhere else to go. They’re gonna go early they were at least gonna spend about a 2 hour at my house! Once they get you to Buy, they have no more respect for you

I used to be in Ashley shopper, but after a couple times for warranty work, they are horrible. I go to Bob’s for everything. I had a couple warranty claims. They came out right away and fixed everything.

We love going to the outlet section of the store. They always have great deals there. This weekend we got a tall table set w/2 chairs for $49!!! Incredible deal. It was missing shelves on the side, which is no big deal for how we're using it. We wouldn't miss them, but my husband is handy and will put shelves. The original price was $299 or $199...either way, great price!

Never buying from this place again. 6 months to get rails for my bed No communication from them. I've been working out of state, asked for delivery due to extremely long time from purchase. They left me on hold when I asked to speak to supervisor to request delivery. Quick to take payment up front not so great at customer service/communication. Bye
