After visiting a nearby competitor and not finding what we were looking for, we went to Bob's. Rhonda greeted us and quickly explained how to determine the prices of things and where things were. I shared our needs and she took us straight to the perfect recliner for my father in law, then on to the various reclining love seats. We got everything we wanted at a fair price and were courteously assisted by a knowledgeable and attentive (but not too attentive) salesperson.
We are expecting our first delivery in a week, so we can only comment on the shopping experience, which has been top notch.
If you are fortunate enough to be helped by Rhonda, you're in good hands!

Anthony was awesome. I was looking for a couch and bed. Not pushy at all. Patient with my decisions. Very thorough in going over the order. Made sure everything was ordered correctly. I was impressed on how easy the process was. Will definitely consider using Bob's again for future furniture needs.

Jenn was absolutely amazing. She was available and informative without being constantly there and harassing feeling. If we needed something she was close by to help, then left us alone to keep looking and thinking. She was exceptionally helpful and if not for her we would not have bought from Bob's because we did not initially see what we wanted, but she helped us find what we were looking for in the color we wanted.

Once we walked in we were greeted and taken care of by Rhonda who was extremely helpful and friendly. Rhonda set us us with multiple options and showed great patience as we had to make a change in our order. I would definitely recommend Bobs as a great spot to find reasonable pricing and great service and quality furniture.

Rhonda and Paul made my experience at Bob’s furniture very easy and satisfying with the results. Rhoda greeted me with a smile and explained to me all about the sales and promotions for that day. Let me look around first on my own until I had questions. She knew about the furniture and specials, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. After I had an idea what I wanted I decided to purchase the furniture. Rhonda and Paul had to make some calls so I can get my furniture delivered in two days and that meant a lot to me. Always kept me updated with the delivery times.
I will recommend Bobs furniture to everyone who is looking for good furniture at a good price and great sales people. BEST Customer Service Rhonda and Paul. thank you guys!!

We entered the door and was greeted by like 3 sales people. We ended up with Mason. The best every floor sales, he was kind , funny and ready to help with all our questions. He kept us interested, was very attentive, and made us feel like we were valued. Great furniture, sturdy and well made. Great prices and very customer friendly. Mason made sure we knew about the ice cream bar, charging station, cookies, candy, and cold water. What a great store to visit and to purchase furniture

My shopping experience here was great. Joanna was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. She helped us figure out what we want and sizing options too. She made sure we felt comfortable with our picks and the configuration of the furniture. We will absolutely be back to upgrade our older furniture.
