I will never purchase their parts never again. Tech support is terrible, Glenn expects me
To know everything. And how the hell am I
Supposed to know which bolts are specific
For my sway bar kit? And I’m still figuring

I ordered the high performance lowering springs for my 95 Z28. Fast shipping, beautiful powder coat, and everything fit perfectly.

Great products but Customer Service is absolutely horrible. I had parts missing from my order that took several hours of being on hold for customer service and waiting several weeks to get resolved.

Had a bushing kit missing a couple washers, called the company I purchased it from and I was past the warranty period so they couldn’t help me. I figured I’d call BMR directly to see what they could do. They had me send them a photo of the missing parts and BMR sent them right to me. Thanks!

After paying over $100.00 for F body sway bar mounts, I was irritated that I had 'tweak' them to fit. Over 3/8 too narrow . Line them up with factory mounts and its obvious they need to re-align the jig they use to make them. Possibly move during the welding. Powder coat now scratched. Also a nightmare with traction control bracket.

I can see waiting a week for parts but waiting a month to replace defective parts is unacceptable. I can't drive the car without massive amount of noise from their toe links on my mustang another summer of barely driving my car.
