Fraudulent business, stay away from it. Be aware!!!
Over the phone, I ordered some plain flyers. Mr. Jesse Padron was quick to asked for a deposit, even without attempting to understand the assignment. He agreed to replicate a given design. Time passed and passed; dateline was missed without communication... After I emailed several times, he responded spaced out, disoriented, delayed...He asked me for all digital files after all, I gladly sent all the files and patiently waited...weeks passed and nothing was produced. After I emailed, texted and called, this difficult to deal person made several excuses and decided to do something..
When I arrived to pick up it was a disastrous product, an off-centered, mutilated design (and flyer) awful horrible proportions, colors, cheap, utterly displeasing flyer. When I expressed my concerns, pointing out the disproportionate mistakes, he cowardly insulted me more than once, being sarcastic, ridiculing my business, laughing about not re-doing it or given my money back. It was an awful experience, in which I have to restrain myself to avoid chaos. Mr. Jesse Padron could easily make a business transaction miserable. I left leaving the flyers, and he refused to refund. Later, I gave this character man, all (several ) possible alternatives to resolved this matter. No response. Despite the amount it's not large I will take this to court, consumer affairs, and better business bureau. Many reviews speak volumes about this establishment...

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. WOULD NOT COME BACK TO BLUE WAVES. I came back to Blue waves because my 1st time was great. 2nd time around was extremely horrible. I contacted Jesse Dec 3rd and got back from him on Dec 5 sent him all the information/file that he needed (placed my order and put a deposit down) I got my invoice and the turn around date said Dec 15. The following day I contact Jesse to make small adjustments to my order.

I contacted him Dec 17 & 19 if my order was ready. First he said that his store was closed early Saturday and no explanation if my order was ready, 2nd time he said that the file I sent him wasn’t good enough that he needs to run this by his graphic designer. (That lets me know that my order yet hasn’t been started. He had plenty of time to contact me during the due date) I RESENT the files I sent him when I put my deposit down. (Mind you I already have my graphic designer do all the work)

On Dec 20 he told me that the order will be ready by DEC 22nd. I sent one my employees to pick the order and only half of the order was ready and Jesse requested an additional $30 for the small adjustment I asked for. (Which doesn’t make sense because I told what I asked for) he then told my employee that the order will be done that afternoon or the following day. We are now going to Christmas weekend.

So we decide to come back on Dec 28 early afternoon (6 days after “that the order will be ready on the 22nd”) we asked why he charged us additional $30 if I explained what I wanted (maybe that was a miscommunication on both sides) he explained why he charged $30. no worries but what doesn’t add up is we paid $90 for a set of 1000 business cards and he’s charging us $30 for 100 business card (shouldn’t we at least get approximately 300 business cards) Jesse then makes another excuse that the order isn’t ready “due to holidays” to come back tomorrow. Mind you that my DUE DATE was Dec 15. He claimed that his prices went but not once did he mentioned that. Looking at my invoice he did charge me his new prices compared to my 1st time around.

Overall Jesse just kept making excuses on our order and kept on delaying everything. Really bad communication with him. I called him multiple time within Dec 5 -Dec 28 and no one phone call answered. And top of everything the quality of the work was extremely horrible. (the quality of the business card felt cheaper and yet he charged me
more)

I ordered a 16x32 foam board big check that I needed in Los Angeles quickly in order to meet a tight deadline. The team delivered excellent customer service to ensure a quick turnaround. In fact, it even arrived sooner than expected. The check itself was well packaged and had 0 defects. The printing quality was superb and high quality. Overall, I had high expectations for the order, and the team managed to exceed them. I highly recommend their service and will gladly use them again.

First and foremost I want to Thank Blue Wave Printing for bringing a smile to me at such a rough time in life. Unfortunately my father past away and I wanted to make his ceremony special and beautiful that being said I trusted The Blue wave team with the huge roll in generating a canvas 36”x24” with my fathers photo. Jesse is very patient and experienced in the field he quickly came up with great ideas and thoughts on what would suit me best. The Blue wave team got the job done quickly and efficiently the time frame from when I met with Jesse and the date of the Services were not very far apart I am so grateful he put his time and effort to expedite the process. Jesse will insure you are satisfied with his work before moving forward he will keep in touch send you previews and updates. The Business is nice clean and fresh inside it is located in a great area. If I could do more than 5 stars I would 🙌🏻💯 I would like to share the Canvas That Blue Wave surprised me with. Keep in mind the Photo I took them was not the clearest thing but they put all there effort to perfect it in any way possible. They made the photo look like a 4K resolution 🙏🏻💯
