They got my front struts on my Jeep Grand Cherokee replaced in a couple of hours, and done right. Will be back to get the rear ones done in a week or so.

I found a three inch tear in my tire. I called Dewitt blue seal and was told they had one. I sat there for thirty minutes before I was informed their tire was bad. I had to drive thirty minutes to Stuttgart with this dangerous tire to get it changed so I could get to work. I will never go to Dewitt blue seal again.

I’m from out of town and while I’ve read through some of the reviews, I’d say they were very quick and did a great job. They remembered to reset the computer in the Chevy so that it read oil levels correctly which the dealer sometimes forgets. Overall a great experience.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Quoted price on the phone was 34.99 plus tax. They were given the year model of my car. Get there for the appointment and once the finish I pay my bill, it was almost $50. When I asked Ricky told me that because my car was not a 2010 or older o had to get the more expensive oil change. I told him that wasn't what I was told on the phone and that we had given the year model on thw phone and were told that it would be 34.99 plus tax. He said there isn't anything I can do about it and sent me on my way. I will NEVER do business with this place again!!

Does not stand behind their product warranty. I purchased an interstate battery that was delivered to my residence when I ordered a refill of gas. I used the battery very little. After a year I attempted to charge the defective battery to no avail. I called blue seal a year and two weeks later and explained this. I was told they would check with the interstate rep to see what they would do. I have heard from no one. I’m done with blue seal Petroleum and Interstate batterys.....

Workers never read full work order when I go buy 2 new tires for front and want old front tires put on back. It's every time I have this done. Not just a one time thing.

I got the same thing, a very rude and unhelpful lady answered for me also. She didn't want to tell me the price for the service I asked about and then hung up after I asked for the manager. I will forever and always go to Stuttgart from now on.
