So far issues to get finally the fireplace working probably...a few no shows for appointment, didn’t manage to deliver the right stones or to fix the flame height....last service person came AND again brought the wrong stones and had no idea about the other issues. I tried to contact them but no response. I will edit my review after all is finally finished and done.
