I got a smiley piercing, and a double nose piercing. The lady who did my piercing was very nice, and definitely seemed like she knew what she was doing. The only problem is we kept disagreeing on the placement of my piercing and she made me feel bad for my opinion. The owner of the shop is a tattoo artist and is very sweet and does traditional style tattoos. I appreciate the piercings I got here, and will probably go back to get refitted with a proper size. I don't know if I would go there for any other services as I have a regular piercer and tattoo artist.

Super happy as always! I’ve gone to BlackBerry multiple times for piercings, and brought my daughter there on her 9th birthday to get her ears pierced as well. Such a relaxing and comfortable environment!
Plus she measured all my piercings and got me correctly sized jewelry for all my face holes .

Mia Aja has done two beautiful pieces for me. There's no question that she can bring your tattoo visions to life. However, I was most impressed by her light touch. All line work and shading was so clean and I never bled or had any healing complications. She's so thoughtful, she would take breaks and remind me to eat in and drink so my calories didn't run out leading to possible bleeds. I've never had an artist that was cared like her, and she is the 9th I've hired. The parlor is clean and fun as well. She books out so be prepared to make an appointment possibly a few months out, Quality work is worth the wait.

The first time I went to this shop was when I was about 16. I am now 20 & can happily say I wouldn't go anywhere else for piercings or tattoos. I have never been disappointed when coming here. Mia is always so kind, comforting, & amazing at her job. Anytime I was nervous about a piercing or tattoo, she would give me a piece of tissue paper w/ essential oils to help me calm my nerves. Her line work is amazing, & you can tell she is super dedicated w/ her work. Their jewelry selection is wide & they will always inform you on what they think is most ideal for the piercing you get. I have brought my sister w/ me to every session or piercing Ive gone to & she will only go here for everything too. She recently just got her belly button pierced here & Mia made it such an awesome experience, as usual. These people deserve nothing but the best & have always made me feel like family when Im there. If I could give something better than a five star I would. If you're thinking about going here please do!!!!! They deserve all the business & you will not be disappointed.

Mia is the best piercer I’ve been to!! Highly recommend!! She is very professional and really knows her stuff. I have a handful of piercings from different shops, and hands down this was the best experience I’ve ever had. She took the time to walk through placement options, optimal jewelry types/sizes, and was very communicative about what she was doing and why throughout the piercing process. I didn’t feel rushed and felt very informed and supported. If you’re ever driving through Cornville, stop by and support her!!

I live in Phoenix & saw a card for Blackberry Tattoo at my local Nekter at the Uptown Plaza on Camelback. The website & the artist looked amazing so we decided to make the drive & be seen as a walk-ins, my daughter & I only wanted small pieces that would take less an hour for both of us. Phoenix to Sedona is a minimum of 2 hours, but we were really excited to meet Mia. We got there a little before 2 pm and saw a sign on the door that said they only take walk ins if the tattoo sign is on? We waited until 2:30 pm but no one showed. We decided to go explore Sedona to allow time for her or anyone to arrive. We called the shop at 3pm-no answer & later 4 pm when a lady answered & said that they only work off of appointments & you can “walk in” to buy jewelry only. She didn’t bother to ask if we wanted to make an appointment. This shop is in a very remote area, so unless you’re a local you”re probably going to be visiting from another city. If this was their policy. It should really be indicated on the website. Most tattoo artists are very transparent about this & it doesn’t affect their business. We went to this shop specifically because it says they take in walk ins daily. It wasn’t a wasted trip since Sedona has so many cool shops & hiking trails-but I would have saved myself a 4 1/2 drive & a day off work if I knew that she really operates by appointment only.

I received a tattoo from the owner Mia and it was one of the best experiences I have had!! My tattoo is gorgeous, the space was very clean and the staff was very professional. I would highly recommend this business!!
