the hours need to be improved only open 3 hours a day 9-12 is inconvenient for a working class person and someone who works nights how about normal working hours, or at least an online way to pay, its 2023 lets get with the times.

Always difficult always cold I even had a problem one time where I spoke with a person in authority to see if I was at fault as I was threatened by their worker. I was told no they were at fault. They should have lines and some type of privacy so any ONE'S business could be held privately. Not all jambed in one room where one person could might be construde as evesdropping. Not my fault! The customer chased me out of the building and threatened me. I was sure I was going to be attacked. When I said something to the employee. I was told it was my fault. Which is why I checked with the authority who said no I was not at fault. Their prices on water are rediculously high. I use to pay with cash and at least once a year told I missed a payment... Same employee I had the earlier problem with. Recently had another problem address it with these people. Standard rude, cold reply. Fines even if its not your fault. I'm not the only one that has the same comments about this corporate entity. So I know its not me.
