Overcharged me $800 and my front set of brakes are still squeaking and he refused to fix them and kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with my brakes. I recommend going somewhere else because he will not do a good job and will just cause you more problems that he won’t fix.

I called the day before because I needed an alignment on a 2008 BMW, and I needed it early in the morning because I work at 9am. Bill told me to show up at 7:45, even if they normally open at 8am. I showed up at the time, they took my car right away, and worked on it fast, got my car back in time, not expensive (compared to other places) and made a really happy customer. Bill was very friendly and very helpful. The shop is clean, they have coffee in the morning. It was a pleasant experience. They have been recommended by several places around. That's where famous tire places are taking BMW, Mercedes and other cars requiring special knowledge for alignments. I will recommend Bill's alignments to all the people I know

Bill is outstanding, real professional, great service. On time. Also diagnose everything correct. Goes out of his way to make sure customers are taken care of. I recommend him to anyone. Have known Bill for years and he and Tony are excellent mechanics. They diagnosed my car quickly and fixed it when another mechanic and me couldn't fix it. The car has been perfect ever since. They have another mechanic there who is also very quick and does things the right way. Highly recommend this shop for anything from changing tires to rebuilding motors.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband went there yesterday around 3:40pm to "ask" if they would be able to do a coolant leak test and the guy was very rude. Before my husband could even finish his sentence, he was already shaking his head NO. Saying they're usually closed by now and Google clearly says they close at 5pm. So how are you usually closed. Then he gives my husband a Keychain and says you have to call Bill tomorrow and see if he "wants" to do it. My husband asked, is there a reason why he wouldn't want to do it and he says "BECAUSE HE PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT WE WANTS TO DO". My husband politely slid him his Keychain back and said you have a good day. How rude of you to say we pick and choose what we want to do when you're open to provide a service. Is it that you pick and choose who you want to service as well? Well let us make it easy for you, here's your Keychain and you have a good day. We will NOT be back and will not send anyone there.

It would have been almost $200 just for GMC to look at issue for my truck. That's not including the cost to actually fixed the issue. Bill's Alignment cost me less then $125 to replace a sensor. Great and honest service!
