Was lied to on four different occasions about when my catch can was going to ship. They gave a bunch of excuses about it being ordered during their big sale and the holidays for the delayed shipping. I waited two months before I started calling requesting a status. After being lied to I disputed the charge through my credit card company and contacted Billet. We came to an agreement and I dissolved the dispute. The credit card company failed to do what I requested so I had to straighten it out and pay for the catch can again. Finally they actually shipped and I received it today 3/14. The only problem is it isn’t what I ordered. I ordered matte black with nickel fittings braided lines and satin hose ends. What I got was matte red with black plastic fittings regular hoses and red satin hose ends. You are better off getting another brand of catch can than ordering one through Billet Technologies.

Horrible experience. I order an item back in May 2024 and still haven’t received as of Nov basically Dec. Even after several email to the company. They can’t even give an estimate ship date. Don’t believe the lead time they advertised on their website. Google Billet Technology company reviews. You will see all the bad reviews they have from other platforms

These people are awesome, ordered a catch can for a vehicle quality is unmatched, ended up cutting a hose to short, called and asked if I can pick it up since I’m local to them , no issues didn’t charge me anything extra can’t recommend them enough

Incredibly crafted and well made products for our cars! They really take care and ensure that each and every order is perfect - including the factory color match (which is always so impressive!). They have wonderful customer service as well. We will always order from Billet!

Don’t order from these people. I made an order and they delivered only part of it and couldn’t tell me a delivery date on the last part. I told them to just refund what they couldn’t deliver. I’ve been after them for more than a month and I’ve contacted them four times on email and phone and they don’t respond. At this point, I’m just gonna file a fraud charge on my CC.
