If there was a negative 0 stars I would give that to these people. They are very pushy and rude.
They said I agree to receive a box of things from them and they said they’ve send it in 2023, and today they are hunting me for their money. They tried to settle with me for $186 dollars today and I said I haven’t received anything. No one in our office received anything. I tried to explain something to them but they kept cutting me off while trying to explain myself. So I hung up and they send me an email and a text message that I owe them and threatened me to report to the credit bureau. Well I’ll send this to the business bureaus and consumer affairs of how this company is ripping people off and harassing businesses for money. After reading everyone comment on here it seems like what they are giving are cheap stuff. I will definitely not paying this company a cent for not receiving anything.

SCAMMER COMPANY BEWARE!!!!!! They call and try to sell you stuff, you decline. They send a box of stuff that you never agreed to receive and bill you for it. Then they call you over and over again wanting payment for items that you never requested. Then they want you to take time out of your day to mail it back to them. I refused and told them to come pick it up them selves. They threaten to turn me into collections. I inform them that I have a storage fee of 25$ a day. Once this is payed I might think about printing a return label and taking time out of my day to return the trash they sent in the box. That's what's sad is I have no idea what's in the box!!!!! They can have a good time trying to turn me into collections. At this point I have stored this box inside my shop for over two months at 25$ a day. This is posted right in the front office for everyone to see. On second note, I have purchased something from them years ago and it was all very low quality. Lastly to Big State Industrial, I am pretty sure that I have cost you more money in hourly employee pay by placing your collectors on hold and never getting back on the line then the low quality items that you falsely sent me cost you! LOL

Avoid this company. They offered a specific product, but sent a cheap Chinese product at a higher price than we had discussed. I was invoiced $150 for a crappy extension cord I found on Amazon for $25-30.
