Just drove in due to a tire leaking issue from a repair in AZ. Driving back to AZ tomorrow was worried about a long drive in the middle of the desert! The staff was personal, professional, and extremely fast at making a no cost repair! Super happy with the results wish I had cash to tip them. Thanks Big O team of Healdsburg

Wanted to give a huge shout out to these guys. I was traveling from Salt Lake via the bay area to southern Oregon. Stopped for gas in Healdsburg. Noticed front tire was low. Went to put air in and the Tire pressure sensor broke off. Tire went flat instantly. Managed to get the spare on. Looked for a Tire place on my phone. Big O was 0.2 miles away! It was 4:30pm. They closed at 5. Gave them a call and they said just get here by 5 and we will take care of it. They fixed it and actually stayed until after 5. Got me out of a huge jam. Really appreciate it! Fantastic service and great people. Would highly recommend.

Biiiig shout out to Ulises Marvin and the rest of the crew at big o! As always the staff is super friendly, quick and helpful! I walked in for a flat tire repair and an oil change I was in and out and back on the road in a timely manner thanks to this crew!

Not a good service , they forgot to put the engine cover and also the hard plastic cover at the bottom . The office guy (Anglo) seems it did not care . He did not even apologize ! They need to be more professionals and may need more training and someone to supervise them !!!

My fiancé came to this location to have her AC recharged. She took time off work to drive from Santa Rosa to the Healdsburg location because she thought they treated her well and she was quoted $219 to have this done. When she arrived they told her they didn’t have the Freon in stock and she had to drive to Sebastopol to get the work done, even though she called ahead. So, she drives to the Sebastopol location and all of a sudden the work is $600. I don’t understand why the Healdsburg location would not have told her this BEFORE taking time off to drive to Sebastopol. This is a bait and switch practice and extremely deceptive. I called the manager of this location and he was condescending and tried to blame my fiancé and I for their shady practice. He tried to say it was an online appointment when my fiancé was talking to him on the phone with me stand right next to her. I NEVER review things online. I went out of my way to write this review. My fiancé came home crying after this unethical interaction. Also, I called the corporate Big O customer service line and they told me they would address this but never gave me any expectation of when or how I would hear back. I have never liked or trusted Big O due to my experiences in the past but, my fiancé has been a loyal customer of this organization her whole adult life. Even when I tried to get her to go somewhere else she still came to Big O. Now I will help her make sure to NEVER use Big O again. I would highly recommend anyone considering doing business with this organization to reconsider as they are not doing honest business.

Marvin with Big O tires at the Healdsburg Store I believe went above and beyond helping me with my 34-year-old Ford ranger. Even though I very seldom drive this pick up Marvin did give some suggestions and a list of things that could be taken care of but nothing that is an emergency or necessary at this time. I think that was a great amount of integrity from Marvin to help me and not just add a bunch of parts and labor to an old vehicle that’s not actually necessary at this time.
