Not familiar with this area in Penn valley my tire went flat. I had it towed over to Big Brand tire service. Turned out it was only a valve leak but they were so kind never felt rushed they finish the job and record time. I've never been to a repair shop where even the mechanics and the front cashier person we're just so friendly. You could tell the honesty in them. I replaced my steering linkage and my steering box on my Dodge diesel pick up truck and took it in to get an alignment. Got same-day service and my truck drives fantastic. Due to the very small amount of work I even got a discount on the alignment. Their mechanic was nice enough to show me some other things that needed to be corrected and I appreciate that very much. I will be a return customer!

Life savers!!! We got a flat tire and luckily pulled in to Big Brand Tire & Service. Never a fun time with a car full of kids! They jumped right on our tire and got it patched up and us back on the road. 20 minutes top! They did all of this and didn’t charge us a penny! Highly recommended.

Dropped my car off for tire rotation and inspection, fluids, brakes etc. When i went to pick it up with debit card in hand, I was informed those services are free! Wow! What a great surprise! Big brands will be my go to for any other services I may need in the future.

I won a free oil change up to $100 at a charity benefit for California Wildland Firefighters. I called and made an appointment, and brought my car in. They were super friendly and professional and happy to honor my gift card. Very clean and pleasant waiting room. Car was in and out in an hour, just as promised. I really appreciate that Big Brand Tires Penn Valley supports local charities with their free oil change award program.

I got a flat tire at 5:15 pm in rough & ready & called to see what time they closed. I was told 6pm. I told them I was on my way and I was told they’d be open until 6. My ride got there at 5:55 and they were closed. I understand it was within 5 minutes but they shouldn’t have lied to me, knowing that I was on my way. I wouldn’t have wasted my time and only ride. Now sleeping in my car in 40 degree weather, when I would have just used my ride to get home if they were honest rather than liars. 0 stars for sure from a life long local. I understand why theymre called “Big Brand” Because they don’t care about your average customer.

Shout out to PV location! Got me in within an hour of calling when both others were a week wait or had machines that were out of order. Did an extensive free front end inspection, were honest with results, and got a balance (and wipers!) for cheaper than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful, facility has lots of indoor and outdoor areas to wait. Great experience!
