Bentz saved our peace of mind with their excellent service. Just one day after our a.c. failed, Diane had two technicians at our house. Not only did they remove our failed compressor, but went the extra mile. They drove over one hour each way to acquire a new compressor for us under our original factory warranty. The new compressor was installed the following day and has worked perfectly ever since. I have used Bentz’s services for over 15 years, and have yet to be disappointed. They are undeniably the best in the business and I have recommended them to several of my neighbors.

Gave us a quick and reasonable quote. The quote was the best of those we received locally. They installed. A few weeks later, oil was found coming from newly installed drip pan area in our garage. They came out and repaired welded area quickly. Never received AC name plate for outside unit (as requested). We have sold home since then, but I would recommend and use them again if we needed AC work. Professional and respectful of home.

I have called at least 3 times to get information from you regarding my AC unit. Each time I was promised a return call which I never did receive. The AC unit I was trying to purchase from a tornado damaged home was sold. Your service in the past has been ok, but if you can’t return phone calls; I’m not sure how reliable you are
