Not sure why people are complaining. I arrived on Sunday morning at 0730, checked in with friendly lady at security, receiver met me outside the office with a smile and unloaded full truck load of eggs within 45 minutes. Tons of backing room. No wait, no hassle… did have to inflate trailer airbags as docks are set high, even on tire plates and tandems back was sitting low with trailer air cut. If that’s the worst thing that happens today it’ll be an amazing day!

Before coming must wash your Trailer. 24 hrs place FCFS place no overnight parking before coming inside they sensitized your trailer from outside

Reviews are accurate. Been sitting in dock being unloaded for almost 3 hours. Should not take this long for 19k load. Three other trucks on other side have come and been unloaded. Will probably be late for next load pickup.

Great place for delivery. Everyone was super friendly, quick, and efficient. One truck ahead me and we was in and out of dock in 35 minutes. I had completely full trailer and was all set in just over an hour. Great staff!

Had 7am appt. Arrived 11pm the night before. Got a door at noon. Finally loaded to leave at 630pm. Will be late for delivery now. Despite having sat there all day, not easy to sleep considering I had slept the night before. Watching the clock tick by increases the stress and making it impossible to sleep.

This people are so slow I have apt 7am and I got a doors 9:30am got unloaded 11:45am so just be prepared for waiting 4/6 hours..!

They don't care about drivers that don't work for them. When I got here there were no other trucks here. 3 trucks came in after me. They were done in the matter of 30 minutes or less. I've been here over 4 hours and they just started working me. They would much rather load and unload trailers that have no truck attached than to unload me. Very unprofessional.
