Nice people who take good care of your bike. They exceeded my expectations in their attention to detail when I had work on my headset and handlebar replacement on my long wheel base recumbent. My bike is complicated in that it has a fairing, but they replaced the handlebars reattached the fairing and all my lights, electronics, etc. and everything was placed perfectly. This is a top notch bike shop!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a recumbent bike yesterday from Tim at Bent Revolution and it was a fun, relaxing, awesome experience! Tim was wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed and nothing I didn’t need to get started with my new bike. I am beyond new to the "trike world" but truly made the right decision when I chose Bent Revolution located in Odessa, FL. Tim, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and forthcoming with information, tips and tricks. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He is also friendly, down to earth and has a sense of humor.

I was able to test out a couple of the trikes that matched my needs. I am a senior citizen and wanted primarily to feel safe from falls. The ICE Adventure 26 trike rode very smooth and comfortable. Knowing I won't fall over, even when I'm not moving :), is a game changer for me.

I ordered the trike and Tim called me in less than two weeks to let me know it arrived. When I arrived at Bent Revolution, he spent quality time in adjusting and customizing the trike for fit, comfort and operation. He also provided valuable guidance in gear shifting, proper pedaling, loading into my vehicle, etc.

I highly recommend Bent Revolution for your purchase or repair of trikes. You won't be disappointed.

Bent Revolution is the best place to purchase your recumbent trike. Tim is very knowledgeable about trikes and accessories. He was a great help to me in picking the build-out of my HP Velotechnik Scorpion FS 20. he steered to what was needed and that worked for the kind of riding I was going to do, which included not purchasing items he could have made a profit on the sale. Tim is about good customer service and customer satisfaction, not just profit. I love my trike, many thanks to Tim,.

It’s was time for a tune up for our two ICE trikes. We dropped them off at 10:00. As usual, Tim couldn’t be more helpful. When we went back to pick up the trikes, Tim took the time to explain what he did and showed me a few things that would keep the trikes in good shape.
He probably spent another hour making sure My wife and her trike fit together for the best ride! He knows the product and doesn’t mind sharing!
Such a great experience working with someone that truly cares about his customers!

Been riding for 60 plus years! I have been in many shops, good and not so good. Bent Revolution falls on the good side of that line. I have needed parts and service on three occasions. Although I don’t own my ICE Sprint X Tour recumbent trike anymore, I will say that Tim’s sales and service were always beyond expectations. Five stars are not enough for this shop! Where most retailers fall short is in honesty and consistency. Tim’s integrity stands out!
