I just purchased a pair of the UP-B41 cutters and they cross blades during a cut and won't complete the cut. I returned them to Amazon for a replacement pair and the 2nd pair does the same thing. Epic fail two in a row. I had e used and loved this cutter for some time now and am so disappointed. I'm afraid to purchase another pair because i don't want to receive another faulty pair. Do you not have quality control over your tool manufacturing anymore?

I want to say Bryan is a bully and inappropriate I called to put a few orders in and make changes and got transferred to him he later then called me and sent me inappropriate messages from his cell phone number I have ask him to stop we are no longer doing business with these people and the shocker is when I tried to report it to the company he is the one I keep getting transferred in I will be talking to my attorney as he is harassing me there are way better places to buy this merchandise and we were using them because of being local but Grainger here we come!
