I contacted them to order dryer parts. The parts manager seemed very annoying and asked me what color the motor was, gave me the part number and unpleasantly told me to order it online. He seemed very reluctant to do this.

Technical support people are knowledgeable but extremely under staffed. Consistently have to wait one to three hours for a callback during business hours. And if you call at their lunchtime you can plan on an additional hour wait. This is unexceptable if you’re having to pay your onsite service people to sit around and wait for a callback
