Very unwilling to accommodate a local recording studio that sends them business. Purchased on Amazon, will be sent to my door completely free and less expensive than at bananas at Large. They had 7 of these items in stock.They can growl all they want about Amazon, but when they don't give good customer service, and are not competitive, their business will not be here within 5 years. I guarantee it. Supply and demand. Both Marin County and Sonoma County will become and have become bedroom communities therefore less clientele that walks in their door. One final note, the gentleman I dealt with was very nice.

Great staff. Very helpful. I recently went in wanting to see what new GS mini Year of Dragon guitar looked like in person. The sales person (Landon) told me before I even played it his perceptions. He was right! I have a more expensive GSmini KOA+ and while I love, required some tweaking to get action as I like. This one felt perfect on first play and I bought immediately. I also typically buy any strings etc. from this store. I highly recommend store and Landon is always friendly and helpful.

Staff was courteous and very helpful to both my wife and myself on separate occasions. We had to return/exchange a guitar purchased for my young son to take lessons. No problem whatsoever.

I went to the store to purchase eight Black straight Marshall cabinets 8 Marshall heads and a black Anvil effects rack cabinet case of GS super slinkies strings cordless system and patch cords gold end misc. chords and I saw many customers enter the store without being asked to leave their backpacks at the counter but I was asked to leave my backpack at the counter obviously due to profiling which is insanely stupid many musicians have long hair it's a pretty stupid reason to have lost about 30 to 40,000 worth of sales I walked in there that day with a budget of $50,000 and I felt the need to give the business to local stores but was treated so poorly by the store they followed me around acted like I was going to stick everything I could in my pockets like anything would have fit in my pocket or even my backpack for that matter that I was interested in most products were locked up under glass this store obviously discriminates against certain people and profiles I would not recommend the store to anybody My experience there was disgusting the sales people were rude obnoxious and untrusting for no reason whatsoever other than their paranoia
