5 Stars for awesome staff.
I was upset by reading all reviews but personally it is not bad at all. I had 8AM delivery and I am here 10AM. There is only one operating dock so the office lade very nicely said. Back up when dock is free. ♥️🥰

Tight place but still easy to back in. Had 9am appointment, arrived at 8:30am and was put in door at 9:29 and asked to turn reefer off. And that's where I'm still at. They haven't even started yet.

They don't have overnight parking. Don't bother getting here early. They don't have restrooms for drivers. They don't answer the phones.

Appt time: 8:30am
Arrived: 5am
Workers finally shuffled into the building, I started calling, knocking on doors to see where they wanted me as I was just in front of a gate.
Finally someone unchained the gate and opened it, but ran away before I could talk to him.
Thought this gesture meant to pull into the yard, and it's tight back there.
Lined up with the dock. Another truck pulled where I was along side the building.

They finally came out when I was lined up with the dock.

Asked if I was getting loaded or unloaded, I said unloaded and then I was asked to move so that other truck who came in after me could come in.

I'm a new driver so I asked that driver if he could watch me back out and honk if I got too close and he was extremely rude about that and told me to do a U-Turn in the yard which u thought impossible.

He was right, but I turned the grass in front of the yard to mud and nearly got stuck there. Unsure why there is still grass there if they could make the parking area bigger it would aid drivers.

Left the facility and parked at the service plaza.

It was my teammate's turn to drive.

He returned at 8:30am, called them to let them know he was here, they came out to check him in at 8:45am, didn't get a door until 11:45am.

Again, there are no facilities here. So plan to be here for a while without a bathroom.

Still in the door being unloaded, feels like they are taking one box at a time.

I'm not coming back here, what a headache.

Workers were polite let me use bathroom. Room for 1 truck to park in front of the gate overnight. Pretty tight in back but doable for seasoned drivers. Newbies will have issues. After unload to get out can pull up and get into the spot by the left of you which will give you enough room to jacknife it around so as to exit correctly nose first. Room for other trucks in the middle lane of the road in front of building to wait... could possible sleep there. Staff arrived at about 0730... this was a sunday.

I called from the service station 1.5 hours before appointment. 1.5 hours after appointment time they let me go to their location. Total 3 hours after appointment time their product was unloaded. The guy ahead of me said he waited 9 hours last week! Plan to spend time waiting. I'm glad my company pays detention. Overall, they were friendly. Maybe they overbooked? They only have 1 dock for unloading.

A joke of a place to deliver to. I had an 11 am appointment. I arrived at 9 am . Understandably didn't get a door, the second one over, till 11:15.
They didn't start uploading me till 14:00.
No restroom, not even a porta-potty. Rude and condescending people. I'm still here, getting unloaded, slowly.......

Worst place I have ever had to deliver to. My appointment was for 7am this morning, it is now 1pm and I am still parked at the service area that they want you to wait at, can’t get no one to answer the phone. But the broker sends me a message saying they just changed your appointment to 1pm tomorrow, no place to park down here and this company thinks it’s okay that they caused me $1900 on load I was suppose to pick up today. Sorry for the inconvenience but we will pay you an extra $250. Now I won’t be able to get a load out until Tuesday morning.
