These guys went above and beyond after I messed up on my order. They we sold out of the last joint for my control arms I needed due high demand. The sales manager went to the show room floor to look for one himself and found one for me. They got it ready and shipping it out the next day. Great customer service. The differential cover did not fit but the sales team was great. They overnighted me a new cover the next business day still didn’t fit had to modify but they walked my through the process. I would give 5 stars to the sales team but the fabrication was a little under par. It fit in the end but took 4 days to get it all sorted.

Have ordered form Ballistic in the past but have had two orders since Thanksgiving 2020.

Of the last two orders all parts were perfect except one threaded tube bung with bad threads.

Called in to and inquire about it and rep instantly stated they will send a replacement part before I had even finished my explanation. Received the perfect replacement part 2 days later max.

Excellent customer service, great pricing, good quality products... I will definitely be ordering parts from Ballistic in the future.
