I am so happy with the service I received at Baldwin Brothers Funeral & Cremation. I live in a different state from my father so I didn't have a lot of time to arrange his cremation. The funeral director, Morgan Murphy, was so professional and her calm demeanor made a stressful situation way easier to handle. I highly recommend this facility.

Mary Bath Hansen made a difficult process very understandable. She was patient, and took the time to explain the options available for the cremation process. Would recommend her highly for developing a pre need plan.

They are okay, my interaction through and through was a business transaction. I used them with the passing of my father in December 2024 because my husband used them in 2019 and then again in 2020 when his parents passed. The change in ownership has really changed the caring, compassion and level of respect we received before they were bought out is really night and day difference. An Example: When I came in to collect my father, his remains were in a tot bag, I signed some papers, business transaction over and was on my way. Back in 2019 & 2020 my in laws were walked to the car by the own, seat belted in to secure them in a caring and respectful manner. That act of kindness, caring and respect for my in-laws stayed with me so much so, that I didnt hesitate to call Beacon Director to handle my fathers remains, not realizing they were taken over. Baldwin Brothers didnt do anything wrong per se, they just arent at the same level as the previous owner and why they didnt give full stars. They are just okay, not fantastic. Wont use them again if I dont have to.
