Couldn't get better excellent service from a company. Called that morning, Ellen was able to get us serviced that day for a filter clean out on our septic system. Service person was quick and helpful in mentioning to us that our cover for the tank was starting to deteriorate as this is what caused our filter to clogg (with dirt) as there wasn't anything else in it. Was able to get a new cover, one that had an access we could open if we needed to check filter in the future. No other company had brought this up in inital inspection or when we had a problem when the tank filled do to a clogged filter 2 weeks after moving in, requiring service again (only owned this home 3 years) and were charged for a full cleanout when it should have been just a filter cleanout ( we weren't flushing baby wipes). Thank you for being an honest and through company saving us from future costs.

We have 5 duplex units in Sebring, all built in late 70’s early 80’s. They all are starting to have drain field/septic problems. We’ve had Phillip Baker replace 1 every year for last 3 years. Very competitive pricing, exceptional service, very professional. Would recommend this company very strongly. Will be using Baker Septic for all our septic needs in the future.

The best! I called another company based on their radio advert.
Was told they were too busy, eventually they did schedule a visit but never showed.
Baker's were there the next day and exactly when they said they would be.
They do it all, and were highly recommended by my contractor for new septic and drain fields.
Call these folks first! Forget the rest, no matter what you hear on the radio!
