2 months ago I would have given this company a 5 star rating however now I would rate them at 0, I have been with them for almost 10 years and never missed a payment last month I went into add a stove to my account and had a $2,500 credit limit with ample available credit, the new girl was trying to do a credit update however instead ran my account like a new costumer and my credit limit dropped to $200 since I had more then $200 on my account already they are now reporting to my credit bureau that I'm using 900% of my credit, I've called every 1800 number for badcock and been in store to have this fixed and no one can seem to help me at all. After 10 yrs of being a loyal costumer they feel it's completely ok to reflect poorly on my credit because someone made a mistake. And they are ok with me paying for that person's mistake so I would recommend never doing business with them. They have no loyalty and they do not care if they mess up your credit even when it's their own careless mistake. Dont bother calling any corporate numbers either because they will just pass you off or tell you it's not their problem.

My trip to Badcock was good. It would have been even better if they didn't charge for delivery. Now I have to find someone with a truck to pick my purchase up. But that's okay.
