Super rude customer service is a 0 here. I called wanting some information about a job I need done. I'm planning on purchasing about 15k worth of bends foe am aircraft application. I didnt even get that far into the call. The guy didnt even want to hear the overview of what I need done. Whomever answered the phone even hung up on me.. Awesome place. Looks like ill be looking for a new place to buy some stainless pipe and have some mandrel bends done.
