I tried to contact them via phone, text, and email. Nobody answers. In the meantime, they raised the prices. I can't imagine dealing with them if there was an issue with the roaster. Don't bother trying to reach them, they won't answer.

EDIT: I sent 2 emails via their website on June 2 and 3, nobody responded. I made 3 calls and 6 texts, starting June 2. I was asking about shipping costs (need weight and size box) and prices. On June 5th, the price went up $200. I got a 1 sentence text from them that said "The price is $1099 and non-negotiable." They have not responded to my email questions or calls I made when the price was $900. Plus, they still have my number and no call.
