We were in the market for a mattress for our 2 daughters and we choose avocado because of the clean products they offered, and backed with all the certifications. We had the BEST experience with customer service, we had a few questions and ALEX gave us a phone call, answered everything and we end up buying pillows, as well as pillow and mattress protector. I highly recommend this company, what an easy and enjoyably transaction, can’t wait for the products to arrive and set up my girls room ❤️

I called the generic customer service number and was pleased to shortly get a reply from Jayden, from an Avocado showroom that’s actually pretty close to where I live! I’m interested in the Green mattress but needed to find out which one was best for my needs, as I’m having hip replacement surgery in a couple of months. Jayden said that the best option was to come into the showroom, he assured me that they had the two choices I was considering. I look forward to visiting as soon as our extreme weather conditions (atmospheric river/ cyclone bomb rainstorm) is over!

Fantastic customer service and support! I needed a mattress cover and wasn't sure which one so I called and actually reached a human! Melody M. was exceptional in that the cover I needed was unfortunately out of stock so I just expected to get on a wait list. Instead she went above and beyond and gave me an upgraded mattress cover for the same price as the one I needed which was not currently available. Who does that? Amazing!

I want to say how wonderfulJayden was at the Corte Madera store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. I went into the store a good 6 times to test out the mattresses and pillows. Everyone I spoke with from Avocado has been great, but Jayden really stands out for exemplary service. I am
enjoying my new Avocado Green pillow and box top mattress. I especially love that the pillow is customizable in that you can remove or add stuffing to your desired comfort.

Jayden, the associate in this store, has been hugely helpful in providing advice and suggesting products for a new place we're putting together. I have been sleeping in my new bed for a month and immediately slept better. I love this bed ! Jayden H. the Avacado experience associate at the Marin, Ca store was so patient as tried all the beds and he helped me make the right decision for my my low back issues…so appreciated having such a well informed and caring “guide.”
In addition Jayden has followed up with a text to see if i had any questions, love having this support if it were needed.

I researched for awhile, looking for a vegan non toxic mattress and decided on the Avocado brand. Visited the store in Corte Madera and Jayden was extremely helpful in all questions I had in the store and through my purchasing process and even after I received the bed and bed frame!
