Impossible to get ahold of the pick up location .. waited 45 minutes on hold to be transferred 3 times …when I finally got ahold of someone they told me my reservation was cancelled … drove two hours to the pickup location to have them run my mileage and my Mastercard that they had in file ..this has happened twice on a 4 month rental! The person at the rental location was helpful but their website and on line service sucks!

If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. They were horrible. They were rude. We were having car trouble. We were sent there by budget. They told us that they had cars we got there. They said they didn't and the lot was cram packed with cars. The man was rude and disrespectful. We had to wait for a half an hour for help after driving almost a half an hour to get there. I would never go back there ever

The staff is friendly, hit or miss with the cars (low to higher mileage). They are one of only a few rental counters open on Sunday - be prepared to wait as they (usually) only have one person to check you in. We spent just about an hour in line to get our car (with 26k on the odometer).

Reserved car online and told no problem paying with debit card. I get there and told I have to lift my credit freeze. Go home since I don't have my passwords with me to access my account. Luckily I had time to do so. My wife goes with me the second time and plans to use her credit card. That isn't allowed because we might get a divorce? Finally switched car into her and able to pay. Car smells like marijuana . Return the vehicle and told there would be a fee for dog hair on the back seat. Drove to carwash and vacuumed entire car. Luckily once again not in a rush. I should have checked the reviews on this place. $100.00 cleaning fee for dog hair. Will probably be using Enterprise since it's always been a smooth experience at about the same price

Best Avis experience ever. Super easy pick up and drop off. I accidentally left something in the car and they found it and handed it to me before we drove off. 5 star customer service!

In the past we have used this car rental for many of our business trips and have had no issues until now. Reserved a car for another business trip drove 40 minutes to be told we can no longer leave our vehicles there when renting. Mind you in the past you were able to do so and if they had at least notified their customers either through the application or email of this new process we could have made a better choice and prepare for this oversight on their end. I will NEVER rent from this dealer again and will inform my company and colleagues of this poor level of service.
