My first time bringing my car into AutoWorks Delray and it was a Great experience! They are not only welcoming but are honest, reliable and operate with integrity. Gordon was amazing with getting my vehicle right in. He took the time to listen to me and answering all my questions and concerns. Their transparency and honesty exhibited was exceptional, keeping me informed every step of the way , explaining the repairs with fair pricing.
I can confidently say that their service is top notch and I trust AutoWorks with all my automotive needs.

AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR HELP YOU IF THEY MESS UP YOUR CAR. Not only did they almost damage my motor but they were extremely disrespectful. Took my car in for accessories belt change that was chirping. They had to remove my supercharger belt in order to reach it. Once they installed the new belt they put my supercharger belt back on and looped it wrong. It was hitting the water pump which was clearly visible. See pictures attached. The car broke down 20 minutes after picking it up. When I called and told them this they said to bring it back to the shop but I couldn't because I would have stayed without a car for at least a week due to an aftermarket belt. The next day I found the belt in Miami and advised that I would be towing the car there after picking up the part and they said they would not install any parts that are not from them and were extremely rude. I sent in the pictures to show them their mistake and that did nothing. I also explained to them that a quick google search showed the correct way to loop the belt and when you open your eyes while looking at the belt it's clearly visible that its hitting the water pump. There even GREEN belt residue all over the place. They didn't even look at it after installing. Extremely careless and unprofessional. I went back to ask for a refund for the service and they said no because I didn't take the car back. Why would I bring my car back to a shop that can't get a simple belt install correct? Would you go back to a doctor that made a mistake during an operation They also damaged the plastic parts under the hood while working on the car. Thanks Delray Autoworks!

This place is always on point. I've had services done here twice. Both times, I was treated with respect, and they performed the service in a timely manner, and to my expectations. If you need service done, I'd recommend. They are one of the few places that will "turn" or resurface rotors.

Amazing honest service! I gave them every opportunity to upcharge me, Karl refused. He gave me his advice on what needed done (my rear rotors and brakes) and said everything else could wait. The mechanic showed me why I needed rotors and explained everything, to give me assurance and security. I will be exclusively taking my car to this mechanic from now on! Great prices and work from honest people!

Update: went in for an oil change, I trust them now more that any dealership. Fair honest work. I have never been able to say that about any mechanic before. I love these guys and they have a customer out of me for life.
